Living, working and playing in North Carolina, trying to make heads or tails of this whole being an adult thing.

GTHD.

omg. i have to have this!!!

A shirt like this is too awesome to appear on the internet without a source for purchase. [Thrill City - We Grew Here for $22]

Yeah, but people fly to Carolina, too. Something like 13% of the student body comes from out-of-state. I get the point of the shirt, but it’s not like all of Carolina is homegrown.

But still, GTHD.

And so, Jennifer Lawrence officially became the most delightful, funny, and likeable actress in Hollywodd.

I love her. I think she’s great. But there’s a lack of filter between her brain and her mouth. Right now it’s cute, disarming even. And it’s probably not an affectation; she’s probably just legitimately in awe of her success and career trajectory.

But it’s either going to get really old really fast or it’s going to get her in trouble one day. Possibly both.

Not hating, just pointing it out.

This is officially my everything. Also, can’t listen to this song without thinking about N.

Yankees pitchers and catchers report for spring training today so BASEBALL IS BACK AND THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS.

Almost time for 180 Ks from Matt Harvey. From UNC to NYC, this kid is gonna kill it.

ok.

you guys. i tried. i swear i did. especially because all of you (and the rest of the internet) were all…the new justin timberlake is the most important thing in the world.

but i hate it. it’s terrible. i can’t.

i’m sorry.

THANK YOU!

I literally turned it off after…

I’m with you both, here. Nothing he hasn’t done before. The content has matured a bit — just as it should since he’s aging with his target audience — but there’s nothing original here. The hook is subpar. Jay-Z’s section isn’t even that good. In terms of arrangement and direction, he was better when he approached music with a bit more abandon; “Suit and Tie” feels focused to the point of suffocation.

This gun is legal to own.

You know, for hunting or personal safety or any other Second Amendment reasons you might have or for no reason at all but just because America and guns go hand in hand.

I cannot fathom why someone would do the sort of thing that someone did today. And I cannot fathom why the rest of us think it’s acceptable to let anyone get their hands on weapons like these with such ease.

Just your typical .223 caliber assault rifle with a scope. Nothing to see here.

I can’t believe that this is something you can get a license for and purchase with ease. This is like some Soldier of Fortune shit. If you need this to “protect your family” and “exercise your Second Amendment rights,” I shudder to think about what other extremes you’re taking with your personal liberties.

Three more colors of the Weekender arrived today. Welcome Burgundy, Mustard and Blue.

All three are gorgeous!

I just bought the burgundy one. A bit impulsive, but I’ve been looking for a good overnight bag for awhile now.

Blue? Or gray? I’ll let Lindsey decide when she buys it for me for Christmas!

I’m sorry.  What?

Yeah, I could watch this all day. JR Smith is a beast. I just wish he’d gone to UNC like he was supposed to.

abbyadolphs:

I can relate.

This will be me on Thursday evening. And Friday morning.
