cnbc:
Next Instagram-Size Acquisition Could Be Tumblr
Even if you’re not familiar with blogging service Tumblr, you’ve probably visited one of the 20 BILLION blog posts on the 50 MILLION blogs the company hosts. But you may not realize that Tumblr is second only to Facebook in terms of engagement, with its visitors spending an average of 160 minutes on the site each month.
Uh-Oh
160 minutes a month? Hahahahaha. I am, I think, at the far right of that normal curve
160 minutes every month? Nope. 160 minutes every 2 hours is more accurate in some of our cases.
Anyway, a person willing to throw money at this thing could possibly mean a more stable platform. That could be a good thing.DAVID KARP IF YOU DON’T SELL TUMBLR WE WILL SPEND MORE TIME ON TUMBLR JUST PLEASE DON’T SELL TUMBLR.
Let’s try and keep a good thing good. Don’t sell!!
